BIOGRAPHY

Meredith Mason is a handbuild ceramic artist based in Bristol, UK. Graduating from Cardiff School of Art and Design BA (Hons) Artist Designer: Maker in 2020 Meredith moved to Bristol training as a studio technician and teaching regular workshops; fully immersed in the local art community.

Creating organic handbuilt sculptural forms, each piece is unique and celebrates the beauty of imperfections. No two pieces are the same and with added depth textually Meredith experiments with mark making on the surfaces of different clay bodies. Meredith has a variety of collections including functional ceramic  homeware and giftware.

In 2022 Meredith created Pottymouth Workshop with fellow potter Naomi Stokes after working side by side for 2 years at Ridgeway Studios. Delivering affordable, fun and relaxed pop-up pottery classes in various locations around Bristol.
